Peel away the papery skin that covers the garlic heads being careful to keep the head intact. 00:00:00

Leave the skin that surrounds each clove. 00:00:00

Cut 1/4 - 1/2 inch off the tops of the garlic heads, exposing each clove. 00:00:00

Cut a piece of foil about 10 inch x 10 inch and lay flat. 00:00:00

Drizzle the middle part of the foil with a few teaspoons olive oil. 00:00:00

Place garlic cloves on foil on top of olive oil. 00:00:00

If the heads don't stand up, cut the bottoms slightly so they don't tip. 00:00:00

Drizzle each head with a few teaspoons of the olive oil. 00:00:00

Wrap the foil around the garlic heads. 00:00:00

If necessary, use more foil to wrap them tight. 00:00:00

Put package in the oven on a rack or baking sheet. 00:00:00

Bake 30-40 minutes until garlic cloves are soft. Check at 25 minutes to make sure they don't burn. 00:00:00
