Gallon zip-loc bag1
Cut-up vegetables (asparagus, cauliflower, yams, etc)2 Cup(s)
Olive oil2 Tablespoon(s)
Spices1 Teaspoon(s)

Cut-up selected vegetables to roast into 1.5 inch pieces. Step Image 00:00:00
Place veggies in 1 gallon zip-loc bag. Step Image 00:00:00
Add olive oil and spices, then zip up bag and massage to coat veggies with oil and spices. 00:00:00
Spread veggies in single layer on a roasting pan and cook at 400º for 10 - 12 minutes, turning half-way. Use a toaster oven for best use of energy. Step Image 00:00:00
